NATIONAL Unity Platform President Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi commonly known as Bobi Wine is set to meet Rubaga Division Urban Council Speaker Musah Mbaziira, an  NRM diehard, over the misconduct of Lubaga mayor Zacchy Mberaze Mawula, his Deputy Rehema Sanyu Fugge and a clique of 25 errant councilors mostly NUP party members, this investigative news website can authoritatively report. 
This comes after a letter by Speaker Musah Mbaziira to NUP President Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi dated March 30th 2022, requesting for a meeting over his councilors’misconduct.
Excersing his duties under section 29c (a) &(b) KCCA 2019 as amended of presiding over all urban municipal council meetings and also charged with overall authority for preservation of order in council and ensuring the enforcement of rules of procedure in the council, Speaker Mbaziira suspended the Rubaga Division Urban Council Mayor Mberaze, deputy Fugge and other 25 councillors for indiscipline and abuse of decorum in the Ordinary Council meeting on 21th March 2022 at Jevine Hotel, Nabunnya road in Rubaga Division.Mberaze and his clique walked out of this council called to honour fallen Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah.
Mbaziira has already notified Division Clerk, over his decision, who we are told, has also written to the Director Legal. 
In the letter to Hon. Kyagulanyi, Speaker Mbaziira wrote, “Following the misconducts and issues of Lubaga Division Urban Council and being that National Unity Platform is the leading party in Lubaga, we have had a lot of challenges which need your immediate intervention as NUP President.”
“It is on this background that we seek for an engagement with you to get a way forward if we are to improve service delivery to our electorates.” Reads letter to Hon. Kyagulanyi, signed by Speaker Mbaziira.

Letter was copied to Shadow Minister for Kampala Capital City Authority and Metropolitan Affairs Hon. Abubaker Kawalya, NUP SG, Chairman NUP Lubaga and all councilors Lubaga.
For starters,  NUP forms the majority of councilors in Lubaga council. Out of 94 councilors, NUP has over 60 councilors.
Speaker Mbaziira vowed,  “We can’t allow would be exemplary leaders to take this council for a market. Those who walked-out will face penalties. We must respect this council and if there is any concern, kindly raise it and let members have deliberations, and we agree on what to do next. Don’t just bring here your hooliganism, if they are no longer interested in representing their voters, let them resign.” 
The walkout of happened on Monday this week, during an ordinary council convened by Speaker Mbaziira at Jevine Hotel in Lubaga. A day before, President Museveni had announced the death of Oulanyah who passed on from a Seattle Hospital in United States of America.

MBERAZE, FUGGE & 25 COUNCILORS SUSPENSION
Like we informed you in a story we published on Wednesday, Speaker Mbaziira suspended Mberaze, Fugge and a group of councilors from council sessions.
Using his discretion under Rule 53 of the Council Standard Rules of Procedure, Speaker Mbaziira has directed Division Clerk to Council Lubaga Division Urban Council, “To communicate the above suspension to these errant members as directed under Rule 53 (7) of the Council Standard Rules of Procedure.”
In a letter to Division Clerk to council dated March 29, 2022, Speaker Mbaziira said, “During the previous Ordinary Council meeting held on March 21, 2022, at Jevine Hotel, a total of 25 councilors led by Deputy Mayor  abused the decorum of council by shouting on top of their voices, insulting fellow members, undressing in council chambers and putting on ‘PRISON ATTIRES’, ordering the exit of council members, ordering the adjournment of council, failing to fulfil the council duty of presenting the report of the deputy mayor thereby interrupting Council business.”
According to Speaker Mbaziira, Council consequently resolved under MIN. NO. KCCA/LDUC, 01/03/2022 that these errant members be suspended from both Council and Committee sessions and make an apology or a letter of expression of regret at the end of their suspension.
Speaker Mbaziira attached a copy of members suspended for further reference.

WHAT HAPPENED 
Mberaze, Fugge and a group of councilors first signed for the allowance of 210,000, took tea and eats then after, walked out in protest, a few minutes after council speaker Mbaziira asked members to rise on their feet, take a minute of silence in remembrance of departed Rt. Hon. Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah.*
Our inside sources in the office of Lubaga Speaker have revealed to us that, Mbaziira is very much disappointed by Mberaze and Fugge who chose to walkout at a time council was honouring the departed Speaker of Parliament of Uganda, vowing to punish them for their misconduct.
Before Mberaze and team walked out of the council,  Speaker Mbaziira said, “I am saddened by the demise of the 11th Parliament Speaker Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah, which occurred in Seatle, United States of America on March 20, 2022. He has always fought to serve truthfully and equally despite political differences in our country.”
Lubaga Speaker said, It’s unfortunate that Oulanyah passed on before fully serving his nation.  
Mbaziira talked about Oulanyah as a very vibrant and mighty gentleman with quite abundance of character as evidenced by his legacy since the day he took office, to the day God called him. His deeds have greatly impacted the nation and shall forever be recognised and remembered.
“Let’s stand on our feet for a moment of silence and pray for our colleague and all our departed loved ones to continue resting in eternal Peace, Amen!” Said Speaker Mbaziira. He  also asked council to officially welcome new members, councilor Wasswa Edward Gulu for Kasubi and Hellen Butayi councilor representing Nakulabye.
Mbaziira expected Mberaze and his deputy to take to the floor and pay tribute to the fallen Speaker of Parliament but they instead chose to lead a protest and moved out of a council meeting.
Other councilors mostly from NUP Party looked at Mberaze, Fugge and a clique of fellow councilors in disbelief, since they were not aware of what was going on.
Fugge who led the protest after taking to the floor, sang the Buganda anthem something which has been condemned by fellow councilors. She tried to woe councilors to follow her and leave an empty council hall, but she was instead embarrassed after majority NUP councilors rejected her deal.
A one Yusuf Katabira told her off saying, “We are here to use this platform to address the issues affecting the people we represent. Now, if we don’t use this council and instead protest, then we will be playing cheap politics.”
However councilor Dennis Magomu one of those who moved out said the protest was about skyrocketing basic needs prices.
Katabira and other councilors did not agree with this reasoning. They said, “Where was the consesus? Did we first sit and agree on the walk out as opposition or NUP councilors? Who sanctioned the walkout? Was it NUP caucus? So you thought we would join such a useless protest we were not informed about? Any matter affecting our electorates must be raised on the floor, we deliberate about it, vote or pass a resolution to Kampala Capital City Authority council headed by NUP Speaker Zahara Luyirika or Parliament of Uganda.”
Those who did not move out include the 39 NUP councilors. For starters, this council has about 64 NUP councilors and they are the majority. 
Katabira who was supported by other councilors like Luyinda accused Mberaze of playing childish politics.
They gave an example of railway land where people were being evicted, matter was brought in the council and it was fully resolved.
“We did not have to protest and strip naked just like Mberaze’s team did. We are leaders, let us learn how such matters are solved. We must be orderly.” Said Luyinda. 
Former KCCA councilor Ismael Ddamba Musajjatasuliraawo rubbished councilors who say they walked out due to sky rocketing commodity prices saying, Lubaga urban council has no connection, whatsover, with the high prices or how they should be cut.
He doubted whether Mberaze or Fugge, or any of those councilors who moved out bothered to investigate and find out why commodity prices are high. 
“Did they visit any company, factory or markets to find out why prices skyrocketed? Or they were just playing cheap politics? Which impact can for God’s sake, a mere Lubaga councilor cause to the rising prices? Mberaze and team should stop hoodwinking our people.” Said Ddamba in one of his audios sent to a Lubaga South platform. 
Back to the council meeting, Speaker Mbaziira addressed council about the Uganda Urban Council Speaker’s Association General Assembly (U.U.C.S.A) a three day program which took place from January 26-28, 2022 at Ntale School in Mbarara.
It was attended by Speakers from divisions, local councils and authorities. They unanimously elected Musa Mbaziira, their leader.
Before adjourning the council, he talked about a political meeting which was held at the division premises and as a result, some councilors were arrested and sent to prison. “I would like to implore his Worship the mayor and Honourable councilors to embrace unity. If there was a noble cause for council to move onto the streets, we all had to be made aware and agree as a team. I therefore condemn the acts that transpired on that day and urge you members to avoid unnecessary politicking.”
What we are now waiting for, are the  investigations into the conduct of councilors who walked out and how they will be punished.

Others who did not move out are; Ronald Ssemaganda, Lubowa Bonny, Ssekitayira R., Sumayiya K, Nalubwaama E, Nagayi V, Mutumba R, Luyimba J, Sam K, Sylivia Nasozi, Nakazi B and Ssemanda Ibra.
Others are; Kasozi H, Mpiima H, Nagawa R, Nuliat M,  Simbwa Umar, Nandawula Scola, Katumba Yahaya, Nyombi Fatuma, Ssenyonjo Sulaim and Ssebunya Mark.

NEWLY elected Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Anita Annet Among is today Friday expected to hold talks with Buganda Kingdom Premier Owek. Charles Peter Mayiga in the VIP lounge ahead of the return of Rt. Hon. Jacob Lokori Oulanyah’s body later in the day.
In a message from Mr. Joseph Sabiiti who is the Press Secretary to Speaker Rt. Hon. Anita Among, Katikkiro Mayiga will reach at 9am.
“On his arrival, Owek. Charles Peter Mayiga will sign the Condolence book of fallen Speaker Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah at Parliament on Friday at 10am. He will thereafter hold a short meeting with the Rt. Hon. Speaker in the VIP lounge.” Reads a message from Mr. Sabiiti.
We are told, the two, Speaker and her guest will address media at Parliament.
According to our sources at Bulange, Mengo the headquarters of Buganda Kingdom, members of Premier Mayiga’s entourage will have Kingdom ministers and Speaker of the Great Lukiiko (Buganda Parliament).
At Parliament, Mayiga and his team will be received by among others, leadership of the Buganda Parliamentary caucus headed by Butambala County MP Muhammad Muwanga Kivumbi.
This news website has learnt that, Premier Mayiga will use this visit to congratulate Rt. Hon. Anita Among upon her election as Speaker of Parliament. He is also expected to whisper at Speaker Anita about Hon. Francis Zaake’s woes.
Yesterday, Katikkiro Mayiga received Chief Justice Owiny Dollo at Bulange Mengo, who went their to deliver his apology to His Majesty the Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi over lies Chief justice made against Buganda’s King. 
In his address, Mayiga thanked His Lordship Chief Justice Owiny-Dollo for his apology saying, “The people of Acholi and the people of Buganda have more in common than what divides us. Actually we share a common history. We should therefore focus on preserving the dignity of the late Jacob Oulanyah.”
“We should give him a deserving send-off next week, with his contributions to Uganda not eluded by debates and discussions and anger well knowning that, we have undertaken this process and I don’t think that there is more that needs to be done other than moving forward.” Mayiga told Chief Justice and other very important people who escorted Owiny-Dollo to Bulange Mengo.
He urged his vistors and all people of Buganda to assume the duty to ensure that, “We continue with the reconciliatory process and to depen the unity of the people of Buganda and Acholi and deepen the unity of all Ugandans. We believe, that of vital importance.”

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OWEK. CHARLES PETER MAYIGA
Believed to be the 43rd Katikkiro of Buganda Kingdom, Owek. Charles Peter Mayiga is a lawyer by profession, a cultural leader and author.  
Katikkiro Mayiga was appointed to that position by the Kabaka of Buganda, His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II of Buganda, in May 2013, replacing Engineer John Baptist Walusimbi. 
Charles Peter Mayiga was born in Kasanje Village, Kabonera Parish, Masaka District, Central Uganda. His parents are Ssaalongo Cyprian Mukasa and Nnaalongo Rebecca Kyese Mukasa.
He started his education at Butale Primary School and Nkoni Primary School. Went to St. Henry’s College Kitovu and Kitante Hill School, O’Level education. He completed his A’level at St. Mary’s College Kisubi. 
Holds a Degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice, obtained from Law Development Center, Kampala.
Started working in 1991. Charles Peter Mayiga has been working closely with the elders of the Kingdom of Buganda, sharpening his knowledge and understanding of the customs and traditions of Buganda.
In June 1991, Charles Peter Mayiga was appointed Admnistrative Secretary and assistant to the Secteray General of the Ssaabataka’s Supreme Council (the name given to Buganda Lukiiko at the time since it was still outlawed under the 1967 Constitution).
Later, he was appointed Principal Administrative Secretary up to 1994.  He was appointed to member of the Lukiiko in 1994 and in 1995, Ssaabasajja Kabaka appointed him Deputy Minister in Charge of the Lukiiko. In 1996, he named minister of the Youth.
In the same year, he was named Minister for Youth and Cabinet Affairs. In 2002, the Kabaka appointed him Minister of Youth, Cabinet Affairs and Lukiiko Affiars, Information and Kingdom Spokesman.
He served in that capacity until he was appointed Prime Minister of Buganda in May 2013.
Charles Peter Mayiga is a Law Partner in Buwule Mayiga & Company Advocates, based in Kampala. He is married to Margaret Mayiga, an alumnus of Trinity College Nabbingo. He is the author of a book titled King on the Throne, which chronicles the story of the restoration of the Kingdom of Buganda. He is also the author of Buganda ku Ntikko – a book in Luganda that explains Buganda’s key five tenets (Ensonga Ssemasonga Ettaano). 

FINAL BURIAL PROGRAM FOR THE LATE SPEAKER OULANYAH OUT
● Friday 1st April 2022: At 2:00pm, Body arrives at Entebbe International Airport.
● Sunday 3rd – Monday 4th April 2022: At 9:00am, body will be at the home of late Speaker Oulanyah in Muyenga, Kampala where friends and well wishers will pay their last respect. 
● Tuesday 05th April 2022: At 9:00 am, the body will be  moved to the Parliament of Uganda for members of Parliament to pay their last respect. 
●  On Wednesday 6th April 2022: At 9:00am, body will be taken to Kololo ceremonial grounds for a State Funeral.
● On the same day at 3:00pm, the casket will be airlifted to Omoro, Lalogi village,the late Speaker’s ancestral home.
● Thursday 7th April 2022: Body will be at Lalogi, for final respect by members of  public.
● Friday 8th April 2022 is a public holiday as declared by the Head of State Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. Burial ceremony of Rt. Hon. Oulanyah will start at 9:00am.

WE DON’T KNOW HIM: Minister Babalanda disowns Kasekende Ronald (left in the photo). Says Masaka City RCC is Katende Ronald who is attached to the office of the NRM National Chairman (ONC), Kyambogo.

HON. MILLY Babalanda, minister in charge of Presidency has disowned a one Ronald Kasekende who some media reports have been misleading public that he is the newly appointed RCC Masaka City.
Minister has cleared the air that, on the list released on Thursday and signed by the appointing Authority President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Masaka RCC is Katende Ronald who has been attached at the Office of NRM National Chairman (ONC) Kyambogo not any one else.
“Public and in particular Masaka people should not be duped. There was no mistake made in the official list of RCC/RDC reshuffle released on Thursday. It is Katende Ronald who was appointed,  not any other person. You are asked to remain calm, the new RCC will take over office very soon.” Line minister Milly Babalanda told journalists today evening. 

Minister Babalanda cameout at a time when people in Masaka were being confused by Kasekende Ronald’s supporters on how their man is the rightful appointed RCC and that, it was a typo the list to have Katende Ronald.
This news website had been informed how Kasekende who had spent about 4 years on Kyeyo in Germany returned home a few weeks back to be enthroned as Masaka RCC.
There have been reports, how Kasekende Ronald got invitation to State House tomorrow Monday, to be briefed on how he will take over Masaka City RCC’s office.
Minister Babalanda says all these are lies and has warned Kasekende to desist from impersonation or else, he will be dealt with accordingly.
NRM supporters in Masaka had risen up in protest, saying they can’t allow two brothers Kasekende Ronald and Kambugu to be appointed RCC and another one as Deputy RDC Lwengo district yet both were staunch opposition members who led  goons to insult ruling party officials in last year’s General election.  
NRM Youth like Bulegeya, NRM Chairman Katumba, Ssenkungu and others had already vowed to cause havoc in Masaka City if it’s true that Kasekende is the new RCC.
“We will not allow this boy who has been insulting leaders of the ruling party to be appointed RCC. Over our dead bodies.” NRM leaders in Masaka city vowed.

Shockingly, even in opposition, leaders including NUP’s Masaka City Mayor Florence Namayanja had stamped the ground, saying they can’t allow Kasekende to be posted to Masaka City as RCC accusing him of being stubborn.
What will surprise you our dear readers, mayor Namayanja, Kambugu and Kasekende are related. But don’t see eye to eye.
Namayanja and Kambugu share a dad while Kambugu and Kasekende are sons of the same mother. 
It is alleged, Namayanja blocked Kambugu from getting NUP ticket in last year’s election, forcing him to contest as an independent. 
The three relatives were Democratic Party members who joined NUP just months to General elections.
However, for Kasekende who was serving as a youth councilor on DP ticket last term, he did not contest in last year’s election since he wasn’t in the country.
Namayanja and her brothers are at loggerheads and the appointment of Kambugu as Deputy RDC was bad news to the city mayor.

COMMONLY known as ‘Hassan de mayor’, young man Hassan Kasibante was on Thursday this week appointed by President Museveni as a Resident District Commissioner (RDC) and posted to Obongi District, West Nile, Northern Uganda.
Political analysts say, Hassan Kasibante, a former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) Party hardworking youth, is one of the best signings ever, made by His Excellency the President in the appointment of RDCs.
Until recently, Hassan Kasibante, a jovial and friendly youth was serving as Personal Assistant to IGG Beti Olive Namisango Kamya. In fact, he is her longest serving Personal Assistant.
Known for his superb mobilisation skills and being down to earth, there is no doubt that Hassan Kasibante will perform to pure satistifaction in Obongi district.
Hassan received his first public recognition as Hon. Beti Kamya’s personal assistant in 2006 right after Kamya had won the famous contest of the Rubaga North MP seat on Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) ticket. He became popular the day Beti kamya was spat by the FDC party on the position of her will.
Hassan then mobilised and arranged an informal congregation to attack the FDC headquarters, an event which earned him remarkable political popularity in the region. 
The departure of Beti kamya from the FDC party was the point of breeding a new party, The Uganda Federal Alliance (UFA) and in this party there was no boss above the two, Hassan being Beti’s right hand throughout the days of the UFA party. 
Insiders say, ” When Beti Kamya discovered that Hassan was a dependable youngman, very honest, hardworking and loyal, She did not want to leave him behind.” For starters, this is the boy who almost did all the donkey work when Hon. Beti Kamya contested for President in 2011.
He would excuse himself from the campaign trail, run to different radio talkshows to promote his UFA candidate, then get unto a bus to catch up with his boss and morale boost Hon. Beti Kamya’s campaign rallies.
Friends who donated funds to fuel Kamya’s campaigns, would assign Hassan to go and pick the money. Ask Hon. Beti, she will tell you, this boy didn’t steal even a coin! 
Him and a one Baker Byayi (now in NUP), were in charge of media desk for Hon. Beti, organising press conferences and booking for her radio and tv shows.
Shortly after 2011 General elections, things were not all that good financially for Beti Kamya but Hassan made sure her boss and UFA party activities get media coverage.
Sometimes Hassan would organise a press conference for Beti at UFA headquaters in Kabuusu and the party could hardly raise transport refund for journalists! With Hassan’s convincing tongue, journalists played it cool and some footed all the way to their workstations.   
Later on, when Beti Kamya received several position appointments in the central government and on all these favours, Hassan has always shared a piece as the Personal Assistant of Beti Kamya. 
A few hours after the appointment of Beti as Kampala minister, Hassan called one of his friends and told him how his chances to remain Beti’s PA were very slim!
“I am worried, she might give the job to one of her well educated family members. I am finished!” Hasssan told a friend.
However, very early in the morning of the next day, Hassan received a call from his boss Beti Kamya, the then newly appointed Kampala minister instructing him to urgently liase with journalists who were thronging her Lungujja residence for a maiden interview.
“Where are you Hassan, don’t you know that we have been  appointed by the President as Kampala minister? Hurry up, come at home and handle these journalists.” Hon. Beti told Hassan Kasibante.
Because of the excitement, he even forgot to put on shoes, instead jumped on a bodaboda from ku Munaku in Kasubi where he was renting a muzigo, to Kamya’s Lungujja home. 

While she served as Kampala minister, Beti did not leave this boy behind. She was always there for him and when he lost his dad, Beti and then State minister for Kampala Benny Bugembe attended the burial. Even when President appointed her Lands minister, she moved on with her PA.
When Beti was elevated to IGG last year, she didn’t leave Hassan behind. She moved along with him and he has been doing a recommendable job.
A very humble young man, incorruptible and workaholic, his excellent service as the personal assistant to Hon. Beti Kamya couldn’t let his several talents go unnoticed. Such as his super strategic mind and unmatched oratory skills.
No wonder Mzee and the minister of Presidency Hon. Milly Babalanda identified this resourceful young man and appointed him RDC Obongi district.
When this news website reached him to find out how he feels about this apointment, Hassan Kasibante had this to say, “I want to thank His Excellency the President for giving me this golden opportunity and i am ready to serve my country with one heart. I will make sure that all government programs are perfectly monitored, I am taking the anti-corruption message to Obongi district.”
“I will make sure that the Parish model funds work for the people of Abongi and will foster peace and security in the district. We will make sure the environment in the district is attractive for business.” Revealed Hassan Kasibante, who is well conversant with local government politics. He once contested for councilor representing Lubya at Lubaga district.

MEMBER of Parliament for Rubaga South Constituency, Aloysius Talton Gold Mukasa was saddened by the death of Umar Lweere, a top National Unity Platform mobilizer in Lubaga who passed on yesterday after a short time illness.
The late Umar Lweere has been serving on Local Council One (LC1) Bulwa village, Lubaga Parish in Rubaga South constituency as the village Secretary for Defence.
At the burial function in Bulenga-Kikaaya, Wakiso district, Hon. Mukasa said people like Umar Lweere who stand for the truth and good governance in the country should be given a decent send-off because they choose not to betray their country.
As opposition NUP Party, MP Mukasa said they will dearly miss Lweere because he has been very fundamental in preaching the gospel of democracy and his efforts during the last General elections where the party banked on him to mobilise for its candidates in Lubaga South.
“On behalf of National Unity Platform, I want to salute my brother Umar Lweere for loving his country and for being a great NUP mobilizer. His death has been untimely, gone at a time we badly needed his immense contribution towards liberation of this country. We shall miss you Umar.” Said MP Mukasa.
On this note, Hon. Mukasa pledged to pay school fees for the late Lweere’s children sending a clear message to those in the struggle that their efforts will never be in vain! 
MP Mukasa who was in company of wife Lillian, contributed money in cash to help in burial arrangements.
In attendence were; Councillor Ronald Mutumba, Ssemuli Daniel, chairman Buwembo Yusuf, Ssegirinya John Baptist and other leaders.
A down to earth Rubaga South MP, Aloysius Mukasa shocked mourners when he took part in digging the grave of a fallen comrade.
Meanwhile, on Thursday, hundreds of Rubaga South People gathered in Busega to receive maize seeds from their area Member of Parliament Hon. Aloysius Mukasa ahead of a rainy season.
Function took place at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Busega.

Hon. Mukasa told Lubaga people how other Mps from uncountry wanted him to give away these seeds he lobbied from Parliament since his constituency is in Kampala where there are no gardens. 
“I told them off how my people also have villages where they come from, their ancestral homes. And can use that land for planting maize. I am happy that you have gathered here in big numbers to receive the seeds. Go and plant them ahead of the season.” MP Mukasa told his constituents.

Area councilor Asia Nagudi said, “Great thanks to our Honorable MP Mukasa Aloysius. We appreciate your services, I also thank all leaders who were involved. To some of fellow leaders who like useless fights, i Quote from Mother Tereza, ‘If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other’. Intrigue and fighting each other will never bring peace amongst us.”
Nagudi did not name those leaders her message targeted. However political analysts say, this messages served better to other area councilors who skipped this function.
One Ssalongo Sam posted on a Lubaga WhatsApp group and said, “For years i have been in Lubaga, this is my first time i have seen an MP who gives geberously to his constituents and lobbies for his people. Others have been feeding us on words. Hon. Mukasa gives Lubaga people free clean water every week, and bow he has lobbied for us maize seeds. We will never think about substituting such a leader. Continue serving us our beloved MP, we appreciate.”
He was accompanied by councilors who included;; Kigozi Rose Nalubwama, Ronald Mutumba, Nakiyingi Dorothy, Damba Sunday, Isiko Jamil, Nanyange Leah, Nasozi Sylvia, Nagudi Asia, Kyambade Fred(Munyoro), Luyinda Moses, Mpungu Muluta, Nalubwama Ester, Najjengo Betty, Mukasa George Norman and NUP Lubaga leaders headed by Yusuf Buwembo and Ssegirinya John Baptist.
Present were religious leaders and other local leaders who thanked their MP for being a pro-people.
