‘SECURITY AGENCIES HANDLE UGANDANS AS HUMAN BEINGS AS WE ALL FIGHT COVID-19’, SAYS NRM’S LUZZI

RULING NRM politician Abraham Luzzi who eyes Mityana Municipality constituency in 2021 has saluted security agencies for their efforts geared towards fighting Coronavirus in Uganda, however he has asked them to handle Ugandans like human beings.

Speaking to this News Website, Mr. Abraham Luzzi said, “Our message is simple, let’s follow the government guidelines to slow the spread of the deadly Corona virus and finally fight this pandemic out of Uganda.”

“I however want to request our security  agencies who are puting in force the president’s directives to kindly stop harassing and beating people, enforcement does not necessarily mean, clobbering our mothers, fathers,  sisters and brothers. It’s a total shame!” Says Haji Luzzi.

Beaten for not staying at home?

He noted that,  there is no need to cause more pain to people amidst such trying moments and for sure the President cant support such harrasment.

“Let us instead talk to our people in a very reasonable way, support each other, let’s sensitise them other than hurting our dear ones. Also let’s work in any safe way under the guidelines in order to provide for our families.” Advised Mr. Luzzi.

To the youth who have been seen involving themselves in looting and stealing, this youthful politician urged them to desist from such acts saying, the law will be tough on them.
