KABUBI John Calvin, a resident of Natete, has been appreciated and rewarded by The Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) President Hon. Eng. Magogo Moses Hassim for his creative display of Uganda football team spirit.
According to Mr. Ahmed Hussein, the Communications Director at FUFA, “This heartwarming gesture showcases the bond between FUFA and its passionate fans.”

Late last month, the FUFA President shared a post on his X account, searching for a photo of a fan holding a placard with an inspirational message about Uganda Cranes, the National football team, during its FIFA World Cup Qualifier match against Guinea at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.
The photo that caught Eng. Magogo’s attention featured Kabubi John Calvin and it had gone viral.

As a token of appreciation and recognition of his dedication, the FUFA President presented Kabubi with an authentic customised Uganda Cranes players’ version jersey, a high quality Zakayo ball and a cash prize of 500,000 Ugandan Shillings.
