DEO Kaggwa, the Chairman Kampala NRM flag bearers today morning burst into tears of joy live on Dream tv, a station owned by Pastor Dr. Joseph Sserwada of Victory Christian Centre Ndeeba, when his wife Mitina Nakanwagi’s people jammed the studios with birthday gifts for her beloved hubby!
Tears rolled down Kaggwa’s face when a group of people hijacked the Agenda morning show carrying gifts and singing birthday song for Mr. Deo Kaggwa, former councilor at Lubaga Urban Council!
The show moderator Moses Mugalula quickly named Ms. Mitina Nakanwagi who is based in Finland, Europe to be behind this suprise birthday celebrations for her beloved husband Deo Kaggwa!
Mugalula said, “The beautiful cake, flowers decorated with bank notes (money) and all those other gifts come from your wife Mitina Nakanwagi, together with your beloved children Jojo Nalunkuma, Helena Naluggya Kaggwa and Trevor expressing how much the love their dad and wish you a great birthday”.
Thereafter, Mugalula led his other guests on the show who included Ronald Tweheyo a journalist at Parliament of Uganda, Muhammad Mulwani Taminwa (NUP political analyst) and Charles Ssentongo (Informal Sector), joined by the who tv crew Simon Lumu Kizito, Aron Wampura, Tendo and Kasozi (Professor) sang bithday song for Deo Kaggwa as he cuts the NRM colour decorated cake!
Birthday boy Deo who didnt expect his Finland based fiance to give him such a big suprise, thanked the mother of his children for being there for him always!
“What a surprise, I thought had come here for a political talkshow not birthday celebrations. I am indeed suprised, so much surprised. Thank you my sweet wife Mitina, thanks to my beloved children. Kaggwa was invited for the morning Dream tv popular talkshow ‘The Agenda’ alongside other guests to discuss the relevancy of the 11th Parliament whether it is still serving voters’ intrest looking at the ongoing fracas in the August House.
Panelists condemned the ongoing drama in Parliament calling on Speaker Anita Annet Among to prevail over her members, otherwise, public will rise up against Parliament and ask President Museveni to abolish it just like former President Idi Amin Dada did, during his reign.
